Grail of Infinitude mechanics revolve around sp. During Stellar Outburst, max sp is increased and the team share one sp bar.
During Stellar Outburst, teammates with Symbiosis tag can provide increased sp regen and Shining Trace points. Their Ult cd are refreshed and won't consume sp.
