Lovely Ice DPS

• Hi ♪ captain ♥ It's me, the brand new Elysia~
• Hi ♪ Love Elf ♥ (HLE) is an Ice DPS that can create domain expansion Love's Expanse, blooming all over the enemies and me.
• Just like all Part 2 valks, HLE is great in her optimal match-ups, but just decent everywhere else.

Utilities

• Freeze trauma.
• As a Stardust (SD) character, HLE has various counters against SD enemies: Can force trigger critical index, generate extra SD remnants, reduce the duration of consolidated form, and SD remnants deal 5% more dmg to Max HP.

Grail of Infinitude Support
So far, HLE does not provide any improvement on existing Planar Armament teams.

World Star Support
HLE is used by Senadina and Herrscher of Rebirth to counter SD enemies.

Wheel of Destiny Support
Currently we lack live Abyss data. Based on beta, HLE might be one of the new best supports for Thelema and Herrscher of Human.

Cons
Despite being an archer character, HLE cannot target enemy's weak spot (like MHT-3B tank). That means the other Elysia - Herrscher of Human - will still be required to counter tank.

PULL RECOMMENDATION

Everyone
Recommended to get New Elysia in v8.5. You should be able to get her with all the 8.5 freebies.

Longer Explanation
Recommended to get HLE in v8.5 if you can guarantee valk + weapon, preferably within the first week of v8.5 to get the most value out of her DPS role, because her bosses will appear more frequently during the first 3-4 weeks. After that, she will be used as support more often.
