DPS

• Wings of Panacea (WoP) is the first dual type valkyrie.
• Although WoP isn't exactly a Quantum type, she can apply Quantum collapse and has huge buffs against QUA enemies.
• She is a Stellar Surplus DPS. During Surplus state, she can perform Resonance attacks.

WoD and World Star Support

• WoP provides Breach, huge buffs and higher AR regen. WoP is basically a better version of Vita Lone Planetfarer.
• Note: Fire World Star characters do not get Breach (For now, only Sparkle.)
• Surplus Buff: If you trigger Surplus, the team gains bigger buff during the next Stellar Outburst.

Utilities

• Quantum Collapse: Can trigger 2 Qua collapse at once with signature equipment.
• Stardust Trigger: Can detonate 2 SD points at once.
