Part 1 Ice Support
Jade Knight provides huge Ice buff, Elemental Breach (reduces enemy's elemental dmg resistance), and shieldbreak.
She is already functional at S-rank, but SS-rank is the big upgrade where she unlocks team shieldbreak, 3% more breach, and more sp regen.

FARM AND PULL RECOMMENDATION

New Players on Sushang
You get Jade Knight for free from starter event. As for her fragments in War Treasury, not a priority. It's better to unlock other battlesuits first for Elysian Realm first-clear crystal rewards.

New Players on Sushang's Equipment

• Sushang has a decent farmable option: Nebulous Duality glove and G3 Turgenev, but will take a couple of months to forge.
• Her signature equipment can only be obtained from Battle Pass. Not worth it to get.

Competitive
She is still the best support for Part 1 ice team, but Part 1 ice teams are not used anymore.
