• Sirin, Sushang and Herrscher of Sentience are the only battlesuits in War Treasury that are still somewhat relevant, so no, not recommended to farm MPE first.
• You can consider unlocking MPE in the future for Elysian Realm first-clear crystal rewards.

New Players on MPE Equipment

• G4 Elysia stigma is farmable in Foundry, but will take a couple of months.
• Her signature weapon Whisper of the Past can only be obtained from gacha. Not recommended to use your crystal to get it. If Whisper of the Past is available through other means, such as spending event or Battle Pass, you can consider getting it that way.
