DPS
Jovial Deception (JD) is a ranged SD Physical DPS with a unique ability to instantly trigger an SD enemy's stardust explosion. JD can also end Stellar Outburst early and refund AR meter, making her rotation more flexible.

VS Badum DPS
Badum seems to be better as DPS, but still wants JD support for her utility.

WoDestiny Support
Currently not the best support for any WoD team. Getting Stellar Drain is also slow.

Law of Ascension Support
Jovial Deception is one of the best supports for Reign Solaris. For Badum, JD support is used for SD bosses.

PULL RECOMMENDATION

New Players
Do not pull JD from starter supply.

F2P Players
Not recommended. Due to how Part 2 meta works (all valks are kinda balanced now and have their own niche) and how patches are longer (Monthly players can afford S-rank fullgear every patch, f2p can get S-rank fullgear every one or two patches), it’s better to
- Save until you can guarantee valk + fullgear,
- Then get the latest valk early in the patch.

Competitive
JD is currently used more as LoA support than dps.

• The instant SD explosion is huge against SD bosses.
• For Law of Ascension team, JD is currently one of the best supports for Reign Solaris. For Badum, JD support is used for SD bosses.

• JD's Weapon: Equipment Supply
• JD's Stigma: Equipment Supply, Forgeable
• Battlesuit supply not available in v8.0. High chance of returning in v8.1 spending event.
