The Queen

• Herrscher of the Void (HoV) was a powerful DPS that uses her space-time power to launch deadly lance attacks.
• HoV was considered the most OP character in the game. Not 'broken' or 'op' like current Hoyo games where the char is "strong" because enemies are made for the new units. HoV was the best at clearing almost anything in the game. She was getting top score against RPC, who is mech-type! This was a different time - a time before Hoyo figured out the "formula".
• HoV received a PRI-ARM, which briefly brought her back to the meta.

FARM RECOMMENDATION

New Players
You can farm HoV in War Treasury. All valks in War Treasury are outdated, so you can unlock whoever you like first. Consider unlocking HoV for Elysian Realm first-clear crystal rewards.
