Sirin and Herrscher of Sentience are the only battlesuits in War Treasury that are still somewhat relevant, so no, not recommended to farm HoR first.
You can consider unlocking HoR in the future for Elysian Realm first-clear crystal rewards.

New Players on HoR Equipment

Currently, Star of Eden: World is not available anywhere. If you want it, then you have to wait (maybe years) until it gets added to Battle Pass.
G4 Willows is available in Foundry, but will take a couple of months to forge.
