World Star Support
Before Youyun was introduced, Herrsher of Rebirth benefits more from Serapeum than Songque and Dreamseeker since they lack Phy and Crit buffs.

Other AR

• Serapeum has unrestricted Crit DMG buff and unrestricted Phy+Ele debuff during Stellar Outburst.
• Certain buffs only require you to have a team member with Harmonized Shadow Star tag.
